Does XTP, Monster make all Sea Ray towers? I know they make the towers for the Bow Riders. What about the Sun Decks? I am thinking of adding a tower but I want to keep my factory bimini. I have small children and think the bimini's mounted too the tower are rather small. Any suggestions would be great.

none that will work with your top. I call the dealer to add one and with everything from tower to getting all the parts with a new top and installed at my sea ray dealer it was almost 6000 dollars. Try talyortowers.com they i think i'll use them its 2400 or 2500. call them to have them explain the differnce between the two.

Thanks, yes I have spoken to Taylor Towers it looks like it will run about $2500 shipped. Sea Ray wants way too much for their towers and it looks like a simple install. I would still like to know who makes the towers for the new sundecks.:huh:

Monstertower and you can order directly if you tell them your boat is a 2006 if I am reading this correctly. Did the boat change between 2006 and 2007?

edit: Just read that you have 230 instead of 220, you may have to wait another year to order directly from them, only option is through Sea Ray until next year.

I have a tower on my 270 and I hate it...

While it does look good, the bimini stinks..Its way to small..

Also its way to low..Im 5' 10" and I have to duck under it when walking around the boat..Im thinking of seling the whole setup in the fall...

I looked at a new 230 with a tower and agree the bimini is small. That is why I like the new towers on the Sundecks. You can use your factory bimini.
