I played around a bit this afternoon with a few different props. I ended up putting the original back on. 15x16 4 blade.

Never had a vibration before or even while trying the different props. Now, after the original is put back on, I have a pretty good vibration at slow speeds, once on plane, it goes away. Back down to slow speeds and it vibrates... What Happened??? :smt100:huh:

That thing may not be seated all the way on the hub. There may be something wedged between the prop and the hub. I would take it back off, make sure both pieces are clean and then re-assemble. Try it again.

Yep, did that. Even put a new hub in for the hell of it.

B III require you to align the Flukes so that they do not intersect Vertically. If they do you will get the effect you describe. They should be installed so that when they cross it is off of top dead center. Al W.

I have an Alpha drive.

Just to update, I pulled the prop AGAIN today and the prop hub was cracked. It was new out of the box. Exchanged it for another new one and it works perfect now.

I love a happy ending.
