Proper Coolant for 2004 480CE's?

Anyone know what the proper coolant/antifreeze is for my 480CE's? It is dark green in the overflow tank.

Also, I notice there is a sticker saying that I am supposed to open two stopcocks near the top of the engine when filling. Anyone know what these are for?

I'm fairly sure mine hasn't been changed - I think the coolant filters are original also. But the engines only have 120 hours on them.

Would it be worth a flush and coolant change?
