refrigerator vibration 340 2002

My refrig has a vibration noise. Is it worth taking the trim off to check it out.

Has anyone taken the trim off and pulled the unit?

Underneath the trim there is a flange with screws that go into the wood substrate. The unit slides out when you back out the screws.

most likely rubber mount for compressor did break.

Mine vibrates as well. I determined it's the front trim panel that has the temperature control that vibrates. I haven't tried to fix it yet.............but at least I know when it's running from the sound. :grin:

Ours stopped vibrating once we opened the door and let the cat out.
