Took the boat out for the weekend and noticed that the previous owner had removed the original bilge pump and put in a Rule 1100 (rectangular shaped) that just sort of sits at the bottom of the engine compartment. I noticed there was a cut out beneath the engine block for a bilge pump and my question to owners is what size pump do you put in there. I am going to get an automatic pump of some sort as that is what the wiring is set up for. Was looking on the web at a Rule 55S 3700GPH but was wanting some feedback from current owners on what they have in there.
