Replacement for factory speakers on 07 260DA

I have seen many posts about replacement speakers; however, they all seem to be installing amps and other items. I am simply looking to replace the factory deck speakers on my 2007 260 Sundancer.

I do not wish to add or modify anything else. Would the JL Audio speakers everyone speaks highly of work in this scenario or would they require a separate amplifier.

The system I have from the factory has the Clarion head unit and 6 disc changer.

The JL 6.5s will fit in the original speaker opening.

I switched out my panasonic factory speakers for JL 7.7 without a amp. sounds much better.

Infinity 612M's will also fit, sound as good as the JL's and cost waaaay less.

Do a search for MB Quartz. I got mine for like $50 a pair. Sounded great with an old stock Clarion system.

Thanks everyone. This is great. I know jl has a marine speaker - I will check on the mb quart and infinity ones.
