replacing tambour galley doors

I have a 1994 Searay Weekender300 in which the the tambour sliding doors need to be replaced in the galley, one is jammed closed and another has water or wear damage. I'm not sure if the tracks can be removed without any problems, so I can replace the doors. Has anyone have any experience changing these?
