Sea Ray 440 or 420 Sundancer 1991 - Zincs

I just can't find what zinc's I need for my boat. I just bought this boat and there are a number of things I need to do to it but I just don't have good documentation.

The manual given me says "420 Sundancer" but the outside of the boat says 440....go figure!

I'm looking for the following Zincs:

1) prop - but I need to know the diameter of the shaft
2) rudder - ?? R-3 Rudder Zinc Anode - 3-3/4" Dia
3) trim - ??
4) hull - ?? ZC-406 Zinc Anode (B-12)
5) seven Caterpillar 3208 engine Zinc's - I can get that once I know my 3208's serial number....the Caterpillar parts guy told me.
6) ??

Any help would be appreciated!!!

I can help with the CAT zincs. Which is correct?

It's a Caterpillar 3208 engine. The caterpillar dealer needs my serial number to give me the correct engine zincs.....I'm going to my boat tomorrow and hope to find the serial number then. Thanks

There are some variations on the 3208TA's.
All of them have zincs in the heat exchanger.
Some have them in the exhaust elbows (mine do not)
Most have them on the gear oil cooler (again, mine do not).

Based on my S/N's, CAT told me that there were zincs on the gear oil coolers- but there aren't. Oh, well...don't forget about your generator...

My caterpillar arrangement is 7W7500 and I was able to find all the zincs I need.

I now just need to find out what my prop shaft diameter is.....I have had no luck finding it so I guess I will have to go underwater and find out.

oh yes, you're right...the geni.....and possibly the AC (heat exchaner too).

My 1990 420DA has 1-3/4" shafts. Yours too surely.
