where i launch out of has a really long no wake zone. Going out the boat is fine. It idles at 1000RPM and in gear we run at 1100-1200RPM in no wake zones. It's about 10mins of no wake zone. Leaving the boat does great. I normal go out for 2-4hrs and normal pull a tub for most of that time. After a while the boat doesn't like to stay at idle or stay around 1100-1200RPM in gear. Specially come back to the ramp it sometimes stall in the no wake zone and almost always stalls right at the ramp when I go to dock and switch to reverse.:smt089 Maneuvering around the dock in foward and reverse it really doesn't like. This is only after being out for awhile. :smt100

Also when out tubing and going to pick up the person in the water the boat doesn't easily go back in to neutral. I have to go past straight up on the throttle like I want to go into reverse and a few tries with that normally works. If not I just kill the engine before the swimmer gets close.(normally do that anyway but i like being in neutral till i get real close to the swimmer in case i really need to maneuver the boat.

Any thoughts on those?:smt100:smt100

There is a low RPM conrtrol that is fried. Replace it and you will be good to go !

I hope you are not serious. Where and what is a low RPM control?

Clean or rebuild your carb also the shifting sounds like your shift interrupt switch messing up...

Is this a joke? I have never heard of anything like that.

what exactly is the shift interrupt switch, where is it? And do I just replace it? Or can it be adjusted?

Sounds like combination of shift interupt and cable binding.

Same as above. And should I replace the shift cable?
