Can someone point me in the right direction please. I have Detroit Volvo engines TAMD739-A, with the 2 active, 2 diagnosis, and 2 neutral button pad that i have to push down to start my engines. The starboard engine will not start because I believe the neutral light will not light up when its time to start the engines, I’ve attached a picture of what I’m dealing with
