NOS would not be the way to go, IMO. I don't think these engines are built to withstand the sudden shock of Hp from nitrous on a consistent basis. the power from the supercharger is gradual.
I'm only at JBM for the winter, as I'm moored at a community park during the summer. I do know the manager at JBM, and they are making many improvements to the facilities. If I recall, a boat your size runs about $900 - $1000 for the summer (with discounts at the gas dock, water, elec., cable, discount at the Beach Grill, and use of the pool at the Jefferson Yacht Club). From here, you are fairly centrally located (as you know).
