Sync Bouncing

I have a 94 370 Sundancer and I just replaced my belts and fuel pumps. Now my Sync guage is bouncing. What does that mean....

I think teh sync gage is driven off the tach signals. At least on my 2002. It si not a manifold vacuum gage which actually would be better.

First you have to determine if the rpms of one engine are actually fluctuating. or if its the gage.
