Toggle swith issue for the Jabsco rotating light

I have an 1987 Sea Ray Seville Cruiser. The spot light stopped working. Found the ground was not good. The light comes on now, high and low beam. It will not turn any direction.
The motors are good. Does anyone now how I can check the wire terminals on the toggle switch to see if they are good or maybe the wires are not connected well below in the harness.
Other wise I will need to replace the toggle switch where is a good parts dealer for this type item?

Try spraying all the contacts on the back of the toggle switch assembly with electronic contact cleaner. I had the same issue on my '01 280DA where the spotlight wouldn't move in any direction. 10 seconds after spraying the hell out of the back of the switch, it worked like it was brand new.
