Has snaps along the transom - if your boat is 2005 and newer you might have bungies in the back - a local canvas shop can add the bungies for cheap.
Does not inlcude two expanding poles to keep water from pooling - these can be had at West Marine or your local boating store.
Was used in 2003 - 2004 - 2005 - 2006 - 2007 seasons on my 320 DA.
Sunbrella canvas is in great shape - no tears - no rips - no holes. Velcro is a little sunbleached from sun exposure but other than that you can have a factory Sunbrella cockpit cover for cheap - use it instead of shrink wrapping next winter.
