My fuel gauge always shows full when the ignition is on.

I've pulled out the sending unit (Wema) but there does not appear to be any adjustment possible.

Is there anything else I need to look at or does just need replacing?

Is your boat equipped with Smartcraft gauges? If I'm not mistaken, I believe it was still an option that year.

Depending on the sensor, if you could find the specs for the sending unit, you might be able to test the leads with a multimeter to determine if it is the sender or not. You would have to know what resistance to look for though.
