What was I thinking

Hey there I’ve started removing the interior of our 310 and am so confused as to what holds up the cabinets in the dining area. It all started with reupholstering the cushions and backrest. The walls behind are nasty mess. Some seems glued to hull directly other wall sections seem to be panels covered with material. Seems like it is all or nothing as far as disassembling the whole interior?
Read some of the other refurbished ones posts and gives me hope.
