Winter Storage Options

Hi there, I have a boat in Lake Ontario and was wondering if anyone know of Inside Heated storage options in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

I know its much too early to think about putting the boat away but I know these facilities fill up quick.

I appreciate everyones answers and suggestions.
