Got the fridge in this weekend. It for down the hatch easily. Into the Norcold space? Almost. The feet on the Vitrifrigo had to come off. I also had to trim about 1/2" off the top of the opening to get enough room to fit. But as I have used a jigsaw on my helm (twice) in the past, taking it to the cabinet was child's play. Lol. Here are a few pics.
Got it in this weekend. The C62 does fit easily down the stairway into the cabin. It does not fit perfectly into the Norcold hole. I had to remove the rubber feet from the fridge. And I also had to enlargen the hole vertically. That wasn't hard (I've taken a jigsaw to the helm, so cutting the cabinets was easy!). But it was sort of annoying. But I got it in and it runs well. And quiet. I think I'm leaving the face black and not going to try and put the wood grain on it. Looks more contemporary and I'm not sure the panel would fit perfectly anyway.
It is an electronic ignition, there's a pickup plate in the distributor.
These are the original 3 blade props, they were just scanned at Henry H. Smith 1 month ago, slight vibration on take off but nothing after that.
During the sea trial both motors spun up to full rpm, starboard went to 4825 port went to 4750.
I had some time to try and diagnosis it last night. I installed my fuel pressure gauge and started the engine, it spiked over 100psi on start up, it then went down to just under 60 psi after a minute. I pulled the fuel regulator on the cool fuel module fearing what I already knew I'd find, I was full of paint from the module. I pulled the entire module off and took it apart only to find a majority of paint coming off inside the module itself. I have no clue how this was never recall..... Thanks
Yes, you can remove both CF modules without removing anything else. I’ve done it without even removing an exhaust tube. I have an 05 but I believe same setup.I have the same engine/tranny setup. Can you remove to the cool fuel unit without having to remove the manifolds? This bilge is really hard to work around...
Also what are you rpms and speed at cruising speed? and do you know your gph or nmpg?
Welcome to the 320 club!New 320 Sundancer owners in the Club! My wife and I just purchased this 2004 one owner boat. We were those pesky small boat owners who wanted to hang around the boat dock with the big boats and enjoy the social aspects of being with other boat owners. Now with our upgrade we can spend the night and really enjoy all the experience has to offer.
I want to thank everyone who has posted their knowledge and experience.
So far I have replaced the "HD ready" TV in the cabin with a 24" Vizio TV which I retrofit onto the pull out cabinet. It latches nicely and looks good to my critical eye. I also just finished pulling out the old XMD3 radio CD changer. I added the new Fusion MA-RS770 and I love having the ability to control everything from my phone and to setup separate zones for each listening location. I bought new speakers, sub and an amp that still need to be installed. I also plan to install a 32 inch tv in the cockpit over the sink. Lots left to do, but given she is in good mechanical order for the moment and all cleaned up, the electronics will keep me busy for awhile.
That looks great! I did a quick search on WM website and can't seem to find the exact same one. I did find one that is similar though. If it's not too much trouble, could you please get me that part #?View attachment 59134 I replaced my cockpit fridge with this one. The opening was 15.25” wide 21.0” tall. Replaced with Norcold universal from west marine, I can get you the part number if needed.
On my 350’s the CF are right next to the stringer under the stbd manifold. Are yours there too?Yes, you can remove both CF modules without removing anything else. I’ve done it without even removing an exhaust tube. I have an 05 but I believe same setup.
I am searching for the bottom gasket myself. Hope to hear someone with a solutionHas anyone replaced the rubber gaskets around the two small windows in the middle of the windshield on the 320 as shown in the pic? If so, where did you purchase them, do you have the item order #, and, how did you do the upper window? The lower one would be easy as the glass opens up accessing the gasket, but the upper one I'm not sure about.

Same setup. You can remove the exhaust tube for more access and it may save you some time but it can be down with tube in place. There are 4 bolts holding the cf module. On my 350’s the CF are right next to the stringer under the stbd manifold. Are yours there too?
