Haha! I love the way you roll Blue! I use to really enjoy the drive from Lauderdale or Miami to the keys, so beautiful, but it’s just too congested anymore, takes too long, even for the beauty of it…This was end of day 5….half way….very painful…wouldn’t miss it for the world…one of a kind place

Already have it for fish/dive that will fit under the Vaca Cut bridge.That place is beautiful! How can you not have a perfect vacation there? Now you just need a boat to tie to the included dock.

Agree we go every year in February…… I need to get this figured out we haven't done a thing yetI know this thread is a couple of years old, but I couldn't resist chiming in. The Keys are such a great place to visit, especially coming from colder climates. If you're still in search of advice, here are some suggestions:
Hotels: There are a lot of boutique hotels and resorts in the Keys that offer the authentic island experience. Some popular choices are the Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West and the Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada.
