Hey Blue, No hate here. My business depends on mobile hotspots for our field managers and it works perfectly for that purpose. The Starlink just ensures I have connectivity on the boat in those rare remote areas where cell service is absent. I hate that we need to be connected all the time...
We stream YouTube TV at home and on the boat and it gets us the main channels that are worth watching. Most of the streaming services along with Direct TV get you 900 channels that are absolutely worthless and a handful of channels you actually watch.
I had Starlink installed on our hardtop last winter and it worked flawlessly all summer. The advantage for us is that we had connectivity in the most remote areas of the North Channel and in the middle of Lake Michigan where cellular hotspots do not have signal. As nice as it is to be...
Mike/Joe, Sounds like many CSR members will be in the Straits/N. Channel area at that same time. We (Taking Five) will be bouncing around the N. Channel between 7/19 and 8/1.
I agree with this. 10 hours of run time would not provide accurate samples, especially if the buyer is hinging the purchase on said samples. Also, without having a running oil sample history it would be difficult to conclude engine health after just one sample. As a buyer, if I made it to...
I have a set of Hurley's that are made to fit your platform and will sell them for $800.

Only used them a couple of times, they are very easy to remove and store in your transom locker. I used them on my Highfield 360.
Congrats! The 350/370 are a great boat. If you have an engine out it would be a good time to service the shaft packings or better yet ad dripless shaft seals.
This is what I did on our last 510 and is now being done on our 60DA.
Completely Blast Bottom
4 coats Sea Hawk Tuff Stuff Epoxy
3 coats Sea Hawk Cukote
Done right this system will last 7+ years of typical Northern Michigan boating before it needs to be touched. This is very clean, cold, fresh...
I just installed Lenco 9 X 12 Electric tabs with the LED indicator on our 22' Trophy CC. Both Bennet and Lenco make great systems and are OEM on several manufacturers. The electric option is very reliable and is a huge space saver. IMO, any boat over 18" should come standard with trim tabs...
That is a sweet looking 390 JC! We had a great summer but it's definitely a short season up here in Michigan. We hauled out on arguably one of the nicest days of the summer. Getting the bottom blasted before she goes in the barn.
It was flat glass almost all weekend. Very strange for the Straits especially this time of year. Almost zero boat traffic either. First time I have never had to adjust course for another boat from Boyne City to Mackinac Island.
This view never gets old. Rare calm Friday evening in September (9/8/23). We had a great weekend with friends on Mackinac Island to close out our season!
