    Any ideas as to why this is happening now... 1996 500DA Caterpillar 3176's Only happened just recently after running both engines for 30 min.. Went into bilge next day and found that the one RACOR on only the port engine was below the glass... 2 RACORS per engine and it's only happening just...

    Looking to replace the seals & screens on the portholes... I have the 95 manual (I have a '96 & believe them to be the same), and the manual shows part # 757062 portlight fixed w/retaining ring ss and portlight opening bomar all ss. I've called pompente (sp) and she couldn't find a cross...
