does anyone know the right size for the little hydraulic cylinders that hold up the mirror in the heads?

I have a Westerbeke diesel gen. While tightening down the positive terminal of a new battery, the wrench accidentally hit the casing of the gen causing a spark. I didn't think much of it at the time. Now when I start the gen it runs at very low rpm's almost like a "safe mode"and shuts itself off...

I was told there is nowhere for the hot air created by the refrigerator running to escape. Causes the refrigerator to work against itself. I was told not to expect long life out of the ref.

Are they slots cut in over your microwave? Is that for venting fridge and microwave? New owner, I've been told this is a problem. Thanks
