Kohler Generator

Have a 2008 Sear Ray with a Kohler generator. Keeps coming up with auxiliary fault. Would like to talk to someone smarter that I am. Even the people in our Marina are no help with generators. Water and oil levels are fine. Runs for a little bit and stops, it does put water out the side of the boat when it runs.

I would check the belt on the water pump to make sure its all turning? Also check that the seacock is open as well? Hope this helps

Which Kohler? The 5E has a reset on the genny that you can reset when you have a code. Reset it then switch the rocker to run.
