I always thought that one full pump and on the way back to neutral you were supposed to stop at the click, or first click when the throttle is clicked at the lowest speed out of neutral...I could be wrong. Of course this would be for a mechanical choke

Keeping the pellet stove clean is a PITA though....most tell you its every ton of pellets but I have found even burning low ash premium pellets i still have to clean it frequently. Scraping the burn pot etc....Works great but Im not in love with it
