You raise a good point on the dual breakers, if it is a GFCI 50A feeding the boat they will both pop. But if a regular non GFCI it won't. That panel you posted is perfect for the 50A feeds.

@ROTYDE Unless your in a lake, know your tides where you anchor and where the tide level is at when you anchor. But as mentioned, I wouldn't anchor in less then 4' under my boat at low tide. A dinghy is the best part of boating and can lead to some really fun "adventures".
