Did you ever find a source for hatch support parts? I’ve got one stuck as well. I haven’t tried to attack it yet but a parts source would be nice to know.
That’s what worries me about the trailer I found. It’s a Midwest trailer made for Sea Ray but it says max cargo is 5000 lb. I know most of the time the dry weight is below actual weight by a good bit.
I’m in search of a trailer for a 2004 215 weekender. I see they are heavier than the older express. Does anyone have a fairly accurate weight of one? And if you’re in the southeast and have a trailer I might like that, too
As the title reads. I’m looking for a trailer for a potential purchase and was looking for the length I would need. Any other particulars you wish to add, feel free. Thanks
I really haven't even started on it much. That is not the trailer lol. That's what it was sitting on when I bought it. I actually found a 23' Cobalt trailer here locally that had to have been made for it.....except it's green and my boat is blue.
Don't let people give you poop over the 6.0. If you ever lose the head gaskets just spend the money to have head studs put in and you are good to go. They are excellent once that is done and get pretty nice mileage to boot. A really good truck to go along with it, too. Yours is my favorite...
I just bought a 1996 215 EC without a trailer. Does anyone know what the trailer dimensions need to be between the fenders and also from the bow eye to the back edge of the transom? Thanks
