If you are referring to the flappers at the transom, yes these are in good condition and move freely. I think that these should be a bit heavier though as they seem light, imo.

Thanks I had them send a sample of the flat nickel and its not a good match. If I want to the distance and repair the entire panel I guess I'll have to try and cut a piece of excess off of mine and send it or take mychances with the 3M vinyl repair kit.

Actually the boat was kept in a boatel and is in extremely good condition in and out. Interior has no fading and few blemishes surprisingly. The vinyl is very plyable as well. Thank you for the feedback ,much appreciated.

I figured this will be like looking for a needle in a hay stack. Its unfortunate that you can't find out by the hull # all the details such as interior colors as you could with a car vin #. I'll try some of these websites and may be get lucky. Thanks for the suggestions.
