At Milliken, you're right downtown with hotels nearby. North like Jefferson Beach Marina, you'll need to get a ride out to the I-94 area to find a motel, I think.

I was a car guy not a boater in Florida. And, I'd give up boating again to move back. There are a lot of towns off the coasts that are wonderful. I'd get a couple extra cars and dust off my golf clubs that I haven't touched since moving back north. In my dreams, I'd own a place on the water up...

I haven't run across gratuity added to my restaurant checks. There are two that we frequent (simple family restaurants) that give you options - cash (less obviously) and credit. I always pay cash so I feel I'm getting a break.

So I have no complaints using a broker up to this point. He showed the boat on his day off instead of pawning it off on another sales associate. He felt he knew the boat the best (he does). We might set or at least tie a record low this morning. It's 28° right now with another hour or so of dropping temps. 26° is the record. Regardless it's friggin cold out. I'm fixing to find out first hand soon. Almost time for the morning walk with my dog.
