Is your intent to remove the arch to transport the boat? I moved my 400DA from MI to NJ on a lowboy and didn't neet to remove the arch. Just had to remove the radar unit and anything else that protruded above the arch (FM antenna, GPS receiver, anchor light, etc.).

I took mine off and made it into a winter project. Removed the fiberglass skin from the underside, removed all the rotten coring, replaced it with coosa board, reglassed and just white bilge paint to repaint underside since nobody will ever see it.

Never did find a good way to remove the cold galvanizing spray off the props without a lot of manual labor. I just remove and send them out for reconditionining every few years and let the prop shop take care of them.

Im debating on the EMU1 and have teleflex/3116 gauges also. I'm sure somebody had added those gauges via the custom gauge manager and should be able to export/share the mapping..

They didn't. They quietly pulled it yesterday. If you try and update now you'll see its ver 4.5. According to a support tech I spoke to its a bug for those who use lighthouse charts. Should be fixed within a week. I'm still on the hard for the winter so I'm in no rush to upgrade..
