The water seems to be all around the base of the toilet. I just bought the boat recently, so I am learning as I go. She didn't use the toilet, but noticed the water around the base. She cleaned it up, but it still kept leaking

Yesterday when we were out on the boat. My wife went to use the toilet and noticed that there was a lot of water around the base. Is there a seal kit available, or should I look at replacing the whole thing??

I recently bought a 2001 Sea Ray Weekender 245 and am curious as to where the fluid container is located for the trim tabs? They seem to be very touchy and I don't know if that is how they are supposed to be?
