Thanks, yea i guess just going electric is a separate issue, but I’m not getting any younger, just me and the wife struggling with this monster,, I like the remote control aspect, and have never been comfortable with power loading any boat of any size.
Yea , i was thinking 31 was a bit much,,thinking any car battery with 650cca would work. Maybe save a few $$. Still leaning on the standalone option, thanks, I do see a 34m with 650CCA $60 cheaper, 45 pounds lighter— but,,34 seems like an unusual group size
Just purchased a Fulton 10,000 lb 12v winch for my trailer. Needs a battery with at last 650CCA. Leaning towards a

Thanks , I’m heading down this path, looking at something called a black water bazooka set up, https://www.blackwaterbazooka.com/ . It’s designed for an RV, but has a marine version. I’m a bit skeptical about the pump being able pump out and macerate against gravity over the gunwale, (this...
Yea, shop vac is last resort, I do see a lot of macerator, garden hose systems vids that work perfectly on rv’s, they have bayonet? connections and gravity working in their favor, i need to figure out how to connect something like this to the boat, seems like it should be simple
This did cross my mind, coming up with a proper fitting seems to be the biggest challenge. Also, Thought about bypassing the sea cock and somehow pump it over the gunnel , but not sure if gravity would prevail.. Let me pursue these angles,,
Thanks I do see some similarities with some RV applications, but some differences with gravity and connectivity with cruisers vs Rv’s, watchin a lot of RV macerator videos now, thanks
ideas on pumpout while boat is on trailer?. I’m far from a marina, called a septic tank company that couldn’t figure it out, was concerned about cracking the plastic tank? Any one use a shop vac? . Any gadgets that could pump directly into a toilet? its A 28 gallon holding tank on a 260 sundancer
Yea this answered my question I posted,, so the on board , promariner charger is connected to the battery, through the switch, through the main battery cables on my 2011 sundancer? There are no cables connected directly from charger to batteries - correct?
2011 260 Sundancer, 2 batteries, promariner 20 amp charger. Simple Question: How exactly is the charger connected to the batteries? I see the A/c wires coming in , I see 2 red and one black going out towards the cabin . i see the on/off switch breaker switch for the battery charger ,, what I...
