    Anchor light won't stay snug

    I own a 2015 Sea Ray 21 SPX i/o. The anchor light I have works this way: Stick it in the slot, push the black plastic "thing" in and turn the black plastic "thing" a half turn until it is snug. Great, I do this, all is good. But then as I drive the boat, the black plastic "thing" comes loose...
