480 ce cummins diesels

Cummins manual indicates that there should be two power wires for each ECM on 480CE engines. Each wire is to have a 10 amp fuse/breaker. Have looked and I can not find these two fuses/breakers anywhere. Also checked the Owner's manual and I can not find any mention of where fuses/breakers...
