I have a new 2007 320 we just took delivery of a couple of weeks ago. This was a hold over and there have been a few minor issues to be expected when a boat sits idol for two years or so. Every time I go down to the boat, I turn on the bilge switch and it will pump water out for 5 -10 seconds, not an extreme amount, but enough that it concerns me. Does the A/C drain to the bilge area? The boat was just hauled out last week to replace a trim tab that was unresponsive and there are no voids in the hull or leaks. I have not owned a boat this size or with all these systems so not sure if this is something I should expect? Thanks for the feedback.

The A/C drains to the shower sump (located in the cabin, base of the stairs).

I have found rainwater will make it's way into the bilge if the wind is blowing.

Use a flashlight and check around all your thru-hulls, look for moisture. Also check around the fresh water manifold - I had a leak there once I thought was the hot water heater going bad. Turned out to be a loose fitting.

Congratulations on the new boat. It would help the experts if you could tell us if you have stern drives or v-drives, engines size etc... I have had two water intrusion problems, one was transom shower, other loose clamp on a hose... Good luck.

I also had a leak at the freshwater manifold-otherwise the bilge should stay pretty dry. I'm guessin you must have some type of warranty??? It's probably something stupid, let the dealer show you the service after the sale and earn his $$
