advice on 83 weekender with twin 454's

Looking for some help on any information for a weekender that has twin 454's. What is the difference in performance verses the 351's

How is gas performance with a weekender with 454's verses 351's

parts for chevys are always cheaper than fords.. plus there is not too many fords in boats..

a 454 is a chevy motor, a 460 is a ford motor

ahh i thought i saw 350

thats what i thought the first time i read it too.. you dont see many fords in boats anymore... i didnt know sea ray was still putting them in boats in 83... i thought that the late 70's were the end of fords in sea rays...
