Back from Mexico

The wife and I just got back from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico this evening.

We did a last minute trip (planned 1 month ago), and I have to admit, I'm only going to do "All Inclusive" trips from now on.

The Begging is really starting to get to me and the wife:smt013.

I mean, everywhere we went, somebody's begging for money:smt013.

We went to the "Flea Market" yesterday and we even got approached by a BABY.
Missy had a big water bottle in her hand and a baby, yes, a friggin baby came up to her tugging on the water bottle as if to say, please give me some. Bless her heart, the innocence just ate me up. She didn't know:smt089

They had a pretty decent floating marina with a lot of boats. Mostly fishing boats, but I did see some nice sh!t in there. Riva convertible, Cobalt, Cruisers, Hatteras, Cabo, Sunseeker, Viking, Azimuth, Tiara, and a few SR's.

We took "The Pirate's Bay Cruise" and it was awesome, long, but awesome.

Nice pics Kid! The issue down there is to remember to stay in the resort area or have thin skin. They are in a bad way but I also notice all of the name brand shoes, shirts, etc that they sport. The bottom line IMO is that I can't trust what I see there. There are so many great people but if you go into town you don't know if what you see is real. They live for tourists...

Both Mexico and the US have begging......Only difference is the US accomodates the beggers and get healthcare, schooling, housing, food, etc....

Great pics! I like Puerto Vallarta because it's still has a lot of authentic Mexico left -- kind of like Mazatlan.

We met this ex-pat down there a couple of years ago -- he stole my speedo.
