Can anyone recommend a canvas shop in the Metro Detroit area?

Who does good work, whom to avoid?

Thanks,

Gregg

Last year I had my entire bimini and glass replaced by Ethel's Canvas. Donna Sampier did a great job and was quit a bit less than Dockside and Millers.

Bill,

do you have a number for Ethel's canvas? Are they in Algonac also?

Thank you,

Gregg

I just had a camper done on my 460DA at Algonac. Great job in design and attention to detail. It was "Miller's Custom Boat Top" in Harrison Township. PM me if you need info, but they were right on time and delivered what I think is a great product. They were recommended to me by this board and also the S.R. dealer.

Millers gets the nod also. They did our front Isenglas and was very pleased with the results. As stated attention to detail was a plus-They put rubber weatherstripping similar to how the factory does between the Isenglas and the windshield frame.

Miller in well known in the area for quality and workmanship. They did our camper top on the SeaRay. For canvas repair, I've had good luck with Custom Boat Top in St. Clair, a nice quality easy to deal with "mom and pop" shop.

Another nod for Millers. My boat was damaged in a marina fire in October, Millers was used to replace the strata-glass, the top and the back canvas. I am thrilled with their quality of work, on time, and they even gave me some suggestions to make it better.

You guys are the bomb.

I'll get in touch with millers' and see what they say.

thank you all!

Gregg
