The year before we bought a 44DB, we looked at the 390/40 MYs hard. Knowing it would have to be broken down to transport OTR. I never got into it far enough to find out the breakdown/put back cost. With the 44DB and OTR transport, I happened to find an ex-MM Service Manager that went out on his own. He removed everything on the bridge, tied the arch on the bow, and labeled every wire. The only wire that did not plug in was the Fireboy system for the bilge. That wire had to be cut and spliced back. It all went back together in a day with no issues at all. If you could find someone that was around when they were delivered OTR, they could tell you exactly what and how to do it. It would be somewhat harder and more involving than the DBs I am pretty sure.I have the transport cost, wanting to know what it takes to take hard top off, windshield off, etc
