My driver's swivel seat will not swivel....not sure if the locking mechanism is stuck...the lever moves, but the seat will not budge. The passengers seat lifts straight up and off the seat post...any ideas... thanks. 2008 185 Sport

The rest of the Story... Finally had the boat towed in....$700 later, it was a grounding wire in the the Wiring harness, right where it runs by the exhaust manifold....guess the heat got to the wires and made it brittle......and then shorted.... thanks for all the help dave

Well after rechecking everything, I discovered that the two grounding wires bolted into the engine block are completely rusted over. I can't even break free the bolt that holds them on because it is rusted so bad. NOt sure if this is the problem, but it is my last hope before I "call uncle"...
