My 2011 SLX 250 storage bilge has stuck in the on position. I assume I can access and clean or replace if needed?

I have a 2011 250 SLX that seems to have a separate bilge pump in the ski storage area that won't shut off - must be stuck in the on position. How do I get access to the pump to perform repairs or replace? Had to disconnect both batteries to get it to shut down after use this past weekend.
