8.1 horizon turn off after 15 min at @2000 rpm

Good afternoon guys, the port engine in my 340 sundancer 2006 shuts down after 15 minutes running at 2000 rpm, I changed the fuel pumps, so I do not think that's it, any suggestions? Temp is about 160 deg..
 
Any alarms showing? If not does it seem like fuel starvation? If so check your fuel vent to see if they are clogged.

The first thing that pops into my mind is the cool fuel III module that I believe may be installed on you motors.
Do you know if yours has ever been replaced? If you don't know what I'm talking about, do a web search on Mercruiser Cool Fuel III problems.
 
Yes, I replaced both pumps.. low and high pressure... and still the same, Port engine turn off after 15 min working at @2000 rpm with no alarm.. starboard keep running.. any other suggestion?
