So it has been a week, no shipping info yet. I would of paid the extra money to Amazon to have received it in a reasonable time. The customer service is lacking for sure. Their response to emails is maybe. 24 hours later….
But they got their money instantly over a week ago

I feel your pain, every time I order something that's not from amazon, I expect the same level of service, and never even get anywhere close. Amazon has definitely figured all of this out.

I ordered my Seaview radar mount and the light bar from Amazon, got here in 3 days with free returns. Amazon didn't have the light I wanted, so I ordered it directly from Seaview the same day, it just now shipped.
