Mine came with the turbulator/gasket as well I think that is what you see there. That was a high heat sealant that was used between the 2 gaskets that came with the kit.

Has anyone pressure tested their stainless risers for the 8.1 motors as part of preventative maintenance? I changed the manifold’s 3 years ago and have taken these off to make a visual inspection of the exhaust and saw the following. Im curious if this is indicating the welds are getting weak...

Hi everyone, I have been looking all over the forum for any reviews on the hurley h20 davit system that may have been installed on a 2003 and up 340DA and have come up with some posts but with dead ends. Has anyone installed this system and how difficult has pulling your tender up with the...

Sorry to make a mountain of an ant hill, I got fat finger problems and was just easier removing the filter for me. Everyone is different, i still also have a pressure discrepancy between the two motors as my new sensor shows lower psi at idle and under load but both motors are not struggling and...

I was able to replace it by removing the fuel/water filter, small pair of vice grips will do the trick. The cheap sensor was given to me by the owner I bought from, he didnt really know too much about it. I wish you luck. This forum helped me a ton over the off season.

Hello again everyone. So over the past year I have done a ton of preventative maintenance work that has been neglected by the past two owners. Thanks for the reply! I am replacing the seals because prior to purchase i had a survey complete on the boat with the port seal being in need of replacement as there was always an amount of water inside under that transmission after use. I looked for the spare seals and could not find them. With...

Im sure there are plenty on this thread that had to have their dripless shaft seals replaced. Well beyond my capabilities and will be having this done. What is the approximate cost to have the seals replaced in total? Mind you the boat has already been hauled and is stored at my house so the...
