So my fuse keeps popping. This goes to the blower. I put the proper fuse one which is a 7.5 and the proper size as well. However, it still keeps popping. How do I check for the short?

I thought it was the size of the fuse, went and got the new fuse it popped. Now I have to look into a new horn again, because that also went out, and figure out where the short is coming from I am guessing from the engine area because I went out on it and tried to beach it.
