So I have an old trim tab and a new one that was installed last year. Standard Bennett trims from what I can tell. I noticed that one of them has a longer travel than the other one so much so that it actually pushes the trim plate past the stopping point of the hinge and bends it until I reaches max travel. I have researched to see if there is a adjustment I can make but cant find anything on it. Bennett as a line numbering system on their hydraulic piston and they both match. Is there a way to differentiate between length of travel on these? The old one stops where the hinge stops and the new one travels beyond the hinge stopping point.

Bennett has their own forum on CSR....might get more replies there.....
