how much do the factory towers sway from side to side when trailering, and pulling hard into the flats? anybody with a universal tower please let me know too. im just trying to find out whats normal .

When trailering? Like when you tow the boat? :huh: No idea.
As far as swaying when people cut out into the flats, there shouldnt be any sway, or none that you should be able to notice. My tower doesnt budge at all when I have a rider back there regardless of their cut. Im a pretty big dood, and know how to progressively edge very hard, and I dont make it budge. My boat will ass slide before the tower could move.
Be sure all of your connections are tight before going out for the day, and check them every time you go out.
I keep the 3 allen keys I need fro the tower on board at all times to check.
