Brochures available here: https://www.searay.com/us/en/owners.html - I think/guess that you're looking at an 808 with an aftermarket hardtop on it. I couldn't find anything in 1961-1963 that looked like yours.

In my eyes that's a pretty and unusual boat, worth preserving - but it is easy to spend other people's money.
