My 1981 310 vanguard is missing the companionway door lock. Does anybody know what it even looks like and where I can get one.

You have the exact same boat as mine. Is that what yours has on it now? I would love to see a pic of it the next time you are there.

My boat still has the original locks but those are very close to whats on there. I will get some close ups this weekend and see if I can get a make or model number off them.

Do you have a port side ladder on your swim platform like the one in this pic? I need something like that. If you have one, please let me know if there is a manufacturers name and or model number.

Hello your lock the Abloy is the same I have on my 39ec, call them 800-367-4598. You can buy a new lock or get keys made by them, the lock body is [of420], a contact person there is Jack Carptner that is who I talk too. If there is a # on the lock that is the key number and they can make your key from that. Hope this helps.

Hi.

I got the lock from them today. I am sure it wont fit through the hole in the door. How did you make the hole bigger? I am thinking dremel tool?
