Well, we are ready to close on Friday :smt038and take her to her new slip in Chula Vista. This will be my first foray into having a boat slipped as well as my first Twin.

Good luck. Now you will be hooked and once on your boat, "Footitis" will set in and your life will never be the same. You will start to calculate the costs of bigger slips, more fuel and whether the kids wouldn't be better off in a community college rather than a 4-year expensive university.
