How are the bow docking lights changed on the 39s?

I changed mine several years ago. Access is inside the anchor locker from the forward stateroom.

If you have the mirrors above the head board they should slide open. You need to be flexible to reach inside to do any work in the anchor locker.

Ok I will need someone small to accomplish this project. with 52 inch shoulders it will be difficult. Thanks.

The docking lights are changed not an easy task. One of the ways to make the task a bit easier. The sealed beams have copper screws that the wires attach to. After they are removed from their mounting position. From the outside put the sealed beam lights through the hole for the docking lights. So as to be able to change the sealed beams screws copper screws..

What kind of lights did you put in. I was thinking to get some sort of LED headlight.

I put back in the standard lights. Never use them so it really did not make much difference. Just one less thing to show bad on survey
